Communication officer

Duties and responsibilities:
Coordinates communication, dissemination and visibility of the action: the digital platform, website, dissemination in social media, via mailing lists, contacts with media about key articles or writing if needed the key articles about activities, work with journalists and bloggers, placement on the web and dissemination of research results, announcements and press releases for 10 mini-conferences, coordination with the digest issues and articles, and so on.
Promotion of the FSTP opportunities, calls for proposals;
Required Skills and Experience:
Work experience in the field of PR and communication for at least 2 years;
Excellent Belarusian language,
Communication skills and public speaking skills;
Proficiency in English (level not lower than Upper-Intermediate);
Good understanding of the Belarusian and international educational context;
Knowledge of the Belarusian media space, relevant contact database;

The project “OCTOPUS is aimed to develop a consolidated community of thinkers, educators and education managers, capable of drafting a reform of education for children in Belarus, and to support the provision of up-to-date and identity-based education offers for Belarusian children both in Belarus and in exile.
