The media project Mikrazielanina was supported through the grant of a Belarusian-language digital channel focused on ecology, everyday life, and environmental responsibility. The project addresses practical questions people face daily: how to live more sustainably, whether it is safe to drink tap water, what to feed birds in winter, or how to behave when encountering wild animals.
Mikrazielanina approaches environmental topics without jargon or pathos, using humour, memes, and a lively Belarusian language. Its videos combine practical advice, explanations of everyday situations, and reflections on contemporary culture, including analysis of trends and behaviour.
The series of short videos helps foster environmental awareness through an accessible and relatable format, while also expanding the presence of the Belarusian language in the digital space.
