The ArtPower Belarus programme announces the launch of a new call under Track 2: Creative Projects. Applications open on 24 September 2026 and will be accepted until 29 October 2026, 15:00 Minsk time (GMT+3). The results will be announced no later than 28 December 2026.
Track 2 supports the creation of cultural products and initiatives that promote freedom of expression, contribute to the development of a vibrant and diverse Belarusian culture, and make it accessible to wider audiences. A broad range of formats can receive support from artistic projects, films, books and music albums to educational and research programmes, festivals, performances, workshops and other cultural initiatives.
Two funding formats remain available under the new call: Mini and Midi grants. However, the maximum grant amount and project duration for Midi grants have changed.
Mini grants:
- grant amount: EUR 3,000–10,000;
- project duration: 1–6 months.
Midi grants:
- grant amount: EUR 10,000–35,000;
- applications for up to EUR 50,000 may be considered in cases that meet additional conditions;
- project duration: 3–8 months.
Projects selected under this call may start no earlier than 1 February 2027 and must be completed no later than 30 September 2027.

Applications for Track 3 remain open
ArtPower Belarus also continues to accept applications under Track 3: Projects in Special Circumstances. This track is intended for Belarusian cultural professionals and initiatives facing difficult or unforeseen personal or professional circumstances and requiring support to implement a cultural project.
Applications for Track 3 are accepted on a rolling basis. Grants range from EUR 1,000 to EUR 5,000, with up to EUR 10,000 available in exceptional cases. Applications are reviewed once or twice a month, depending on the number received, and projects must be completed no later than 31 August 2027.
Funding may be used for small-scale cultural projects, urgent actions and mobility, including participation in international events, residencies, educational programmes or research. It may also support the completion of projects whose implementation has been put at risk.
