ArtPower Belarus is launching the continuation of its competitive programme for Belarusian artists and cultural initiatives. In this new stage, running from 2025 to 2027, new calls for proposals have been announced for representatives of independent Belarusian culture in two main directions — organisational development and creative projects.

What is ArtPower Belarus?
ArtPower Belarus is a large-scale programme that has been supporting the development of independent Belarusian culture both inside the country and abroad since 2022. The initiative is implemented by the Belarusian Council for Culture in partnership with the Danish Cultural Institute and funded by the European Union.
The overall goal of the programme is to strengthen the role of Belarusian culture as a tool for resilience and transformation. ArtPower Belarus supports artists, initiatives, and organisations that create high-quality cultural products, develop communities and cultural infrastructure, promote education, inclusion, and dialogue, and preserve and reinforce Belarusian cultural identity both at home and abroad.
