The search for funds to support creative communities, cultural figures, and initiatives is one of the areas the Belarusian Council for Culture acts in.

In the spring of 2025, ArtPower Belarus, a large-scale program funded by the European Union, will continue promoting the preservation and development of independent Belarusian culture. During the previous edition of ArtPower Belarus (2022 – 2024), which is nearing completion, 83 creative projects of Belarusians on both sides of the border were funded and 57 mobility grants were allocated, which were used by 231 people.
